This person should be able to analyze, compare and contrast Training Programs and identify opportunities, costs, and ROI, in order to make a recommendation for what best-in-class Retail Training Practices means to SEG.   Communication Skills: Being able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas. Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred. Looking for someone resourceful and creative to gather information from external sources which may not be easy to find.   Intern will be asked to help identify new Generative tools that could be utilized during the Training development process to make it more efficient and to reduce production costs. Technical Skills: knowledge of the Adobe Suite is helpful. Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
