Sr Brand Manager
The Sr Brand Manager, alongside the Director, Brand, will deliver engaging, distinctive and meaningful brand communications to influence a positive consumer experience, create sustainable customer demand and increase sales. The Sr Brand Manager will develop the brand strategy and bring to life compelling communications that realize our brand’s vision. This role manages the strategic development, production and implementation of all customer facing brand communications (through the line); from concept development through campaign execution.
Working collaboratively with the broader Marketing department the Sr Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the brand/campaign/idea with a consistent standard across all marketing channels. The Sr Brand Manager will lead cross-functionally and engage stakeholders, act as a custodian of our brand and a champion of the customer. They will also develop meaningful relationships with our advertising and design agency partners to include the selection process, supplier management, design agency partner evaluation and review.

Assist the Director, Brand with the development of brand strategy and deliver compelling brand communications that realize the brand vision. Maintain a set of brand guidelines for the brand. Contribute to the development of the strategic rand Review by analyzing brand opportunities, identifying key consumer targets, innovation opportunities, and activation strategies.
Plan, manage and lead campaign development for the brand; including the setting of communication goals, in addition to channel planning and campaign rollout in partnership with the broader marketing team. In partnership with Customer Insights & Analytics research consumer markets, monitor trends and identify potential areas in which to invest based on consumer needs and spending habits to drive growth opportunities. Lead the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct-mail packs, email campaigns, websites etc. with key internal and external partners.
Lead and develop a team of contributors to ensure the effective and efficient execution of functions, in addition to performance management and professional development. Ensure each team member has a clear and thorough understanding of their role and responsibilities. Keep job descriptions current for each position. Mentor, guide, and coach direct reports in order to expand their capabilities and performance.
Develop and manage the production of multi-media brand communications; establish, plan and execute multi-media brand assets, includes but not limited to creative concept development, production, post production management, legal and regulatory approval; with accountability for delivery and performances. Build solid working relationships. The Sr Brand Manager will develop meaningful partnerships with our Advertising and Design agency partners. Contribute to the weekly WIP meetings and maintain the budget ensuring agency resources are used appropriately. Lead the production of all conceptual photographic requirements
