    Mgr, CRM & Loyalty

     

    Job Purpose

    The Manager, CRM & Loyalty will assist with all aspects of customer contact strategy and campaign management with primary focus on mobile and loyalty channels through partnerships with the Email and Digital Marketing teams. This role will build and maintain campaign schedules, coordinate and execute segmentation strategy and list pulls, partner with internal teams and external vendors, and support campaign testing and analysis.   

     

    Essential Responsibilities

    Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Training, IT, Supply Chain, etc..) for campaign initiatives, including updating the CRM calendar with timelines and quantities of all campaigns.

    Work with Director, CRM & Paid Media to plan seasonal targeting and contact strategy, launch and maintain lifecycle programs, build seasonal and campaign control groups, report on performance on an ongoing basis.

    Partner with Customer Insights team to design testing recommendations, perform campaign response analysis and assess impact of programs on different customer segments.

    Manage CRM & Loyalty campaign execution pulling customer lists for the different channels, setting up test and control groups, overseeing versioning and reviewing creative and proofs. Directly responsible for all digital and loyalty offer execution campaigns.

    Collaborate with E-mail manager and Digital Marketing teams to support cross-channel campaign execution coordinating communication strategy and providing target lists as needed.

    Partner with Local Marketing and Store Operations to support individual stores and local markets during store openings, remodels or other local outreach initiatives.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

    • 3+ Yrs in database marketing, CRM, direct mail, email &/or mobile campaign management. Must have experience working with campaign management tools (Salesforce is a plus). Other acceptable tools include SAS Marketing Automation, IBM Unica, Oracle Eloqua. Must be proficient in Excel & Powerpoint. Must be organized, detailed oriented, flexible and able to prioritize multiple projects with short deadlines. In addition, must be an effective communicator, comfortable presenting and developing frameworks and insights

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred

    • 3+ yrs of experience with relational databases; SAS or SQL. Experience in Retail or consumer direct marketing. Preferred candidates will need to demonstrate analytical rigor and have the ability to identify actionable insights from ambiguous and sometimes limited information.
