Job Purpose | This role assists in the development of effective and impactful marketing strategies for Winn-Dixie, Fresco y Mas, and Harveys Supermarkets. This role is responsible for gathering inputs & data from internal sources & partners, synthesizing learnings and insights in a digestible manner, and partners with marketing channels to ensure seamless execution. This role partners closely with leadership teams and assists in bringing a thoughtful and well-informed strategic POV to key business initiatives and challenges. |

Essential Responsibilities |

Coordinates quarterly planning sessions with Marketing and Merchandising leaders. Presents seasonal and initiative-based strategies to marketing department & key stakeholders through the use of effective presentation and storytelling skills, influencing next steps to bring the strategy & campaigns to life. | 35% | Partners with Insights and Analytics teams to gather qualitative and quantitative data and derives actionable insights to drive customer propositions. Monitors, analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of campaign performance. | 25% | Writes concise strategic briefs that articulate business need(s) and leverage insights to guide stakeholders and align marketing channels. Partners closely with Creative Services team to develop campaign style guides, collaborating on positioning, voice and look/feel to align back to strategy. Partner with Customer Planning to ensure alignment from briefing through execution. . | 25% | Analyzes market research, industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
