Job Purpose

Job Purpose

This role supports strategic planning, execution oversight, and performance analysis of integrated media campaigns, with a primary focus on digital channels. This role partners closely with external media agencies and internal cross-functional teams to drive new customer acquisition, optimize media efficiency, and ensure alignment with brand and customer strategy objectives.

Partners with media agencies to develop and oversee paid media plans including ad hoc campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, customer insights, and brand strategy.

Collaborates with internal teams including Compass (analytics), Brand, and Customer Proposition to ensure media strategies are data-driven, insight-informed, and integrated across touchpoints.

Monitors campaign performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPM, and new customer acquisition. Provides actionable insights and recommendations to optimize media effectiveness.

Manages the media budget process including opening and tracking purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in partnership with Finance and Procurement.

Stays informed on media trends, platform innovations, and competitive activity to support continuous improvement and learning. Participate in knowledge-sharing and upskilling opportunities.

  • Deep understanding of paid media channels, including search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations. 
  • Experience managing media budgets and pacing across multiple campaigns and platforms. 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and brand teams to align media strategies with broader marketing goals. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present media plans and performance updates to stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, reporting, and invoicing. 
  • Adaptability and curiosity, staying current with evolving media trends, technologies, and platform updates.
